Los Angeles – Based in Culver City, the long-awaited shopping center Platform is adding new retailers to its innovative list of curators, creators, and merchants.

Since earlier this year, the luxury lifestyle center has been in development. The shopping plaza will be a total of 40,000 square feet and is set to debut in Spring 2016. The creative block is located in the corridor Hayden Tract off of Washington Boulevard. The new space will host residences for retail shops, fitness tenants, and beauty boutiques. So far, tenants include Los Angeles brand Velvet by Graham and Spencer, lifestyle brand Curve, footwear label Matt Berson, and French label Carven. Most recently, Platform added Kilter, athletic street wear brand, to its list. Kilter offers utilitarian apparel in a stylish, minimal fashion. In total, the shopping center has 20 market designers, brands, and specialty merchants confirmed for its spring opening.

The retail center will continue to announce more retailers in future months. The Culver City is underway by development company Runyon Group. Other upcoming projects by the Runyon Group include One Santa Fe, Fillmore and Abbot Kinney, and One Colorado. These impending developments range across Los Angeles from the Arts District, Venice, and Pasadena respectively.
