Band of Outsiders to host pop-up at Fred Segal

Los Angeles based-brand Band of Outsiders just announced a new pop-up. The label is set to launch at Fred Segal in West Hollywood officially opening its doors Thursday, February 8.

The pop-up will retail Band of Outsiders' exclusive spring collection, which was shown at London Fashion Week last year. The pop-up will be the only retailer in Los Angeles that will sell the label's new collection, according to WWD. As the two brands have worked together in the past, the pair-up for the temporary boutique was an ideal fit. “Fred Segal and Band of Outsiders already had a great partnership in the past, so Katharina and Brian were especially excited about creating this new project together," Band of Outsiders' brand director Daniel Hettmann told the publication.

The company was founded originally in Los Angeles in 2004. With the brand's roots in the city, the choice to have the launch at Fred Segal was a homage to the label's heritage. The company is sold now in over 330 stores worldwide, although the spring collection will only be available at the pop-up.
