Rachel Comey to present fall collection in Los Angeles

Rachel Comey is the latest to join the slew of designer who have chosen Los Angeles for their 2017 collection shows. The New York-based designer has confirmed that she will be showcasing her fall line on February 7.

Comey seems to have also taken to the trend of choosing the West Coast for her designs. As the designer joins the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Rachel Zoe, Tom Ford, and Rebecca Minkoff who have also confirmed fashion shows in L.A. The shows take place all in the month of February, with the exception of Ford’s show, which is yet to be announced.

Her eponymous label has been known for its unique New York style. Her ready-to-wear spans from modern, sophisticated pieces. According to WWD, Comey decided to show in L.A. to connect more with her customers in the area, as well as join international fashion communities. Details on the venue and the fall collection itself are yet to be announced, but the set scheduled date will fall on February 7 on Tuesday.
