Pronovias names chief operations officer

Luxury bridal label Pronovias has promoted Paco Sánchez to chief operations officer from his role as product
and sourcing director.In his new role, Sánchez will report directly to Pronovias CEO, Manuel Ehrensperger, and will be responsible for the areas of customer service, supplies, logistics, purchasing, pattern, warehouse, maintenance, general services, technical office and national production.
Sánchez who has been with the brand for more than thirty years replaces Manuel Cano, who left in August to join rival bridal line Rosa Clará as its CEO. His appointment is part of the redevelopment of the management team by Ehrensperger, which has also included a new global head of human resources and a global director of sales.
Founded in Barcelona in 1922, Pronovias is one of the leading wedding fashion brands, with a presence in 105 countries and more than 163 stores and 4,000 outlets.
